Mr. Kwabe leads technical strategy and project execution for Pioneers and Miners. With extensive experience in mine operations and equipment management, he oversees fleet selection, cycle time optimization, and technical compliance. His focus: lower cost per tonne and 98%+ uptime on every project.

Manager, Operations
Mr. Frimpong manages day-to-day field operations across load & haul, drill & blast, crushing, and mine access. He ensures shift plans are met, equipment utilization is maximized, and safety standards are enforced on site. Known for disciplined execution and real-time problem solving in high-pressure mining environments.
Mr. Gabriel Ayivi
Manager, Human Resources
Mr. Ayivi builds and manages the skilled workforce that powers our projects. He oversees recruitment, HME operator training, certification tracking, and crew scheduling for major contractor projects. His role ensures we deploy certified operators, metallurgical technicians, and risk professionals who meet industry and client standards.
